Within each state we have Ella Baché Field Trainers who hold scheduled workshops for our beauty therapists as a way of continued training. These workshops cover new and innovative products, hands on treatment training and product sales techniques. We invite therapists from all levels to attend the workshops as often as they like whether they are new to the Ella Baché family and need to get to know our product, or if they need a refresher on treatments and selling techniques. At Ella Baché we recognise that our therapists benefit from short, refresher courses, that offer ongoing support.
