Emily Back, celebrating her 17th year with Ella Baché, has made her dream of becoming a beauty therapist a reality, starting her journey as an Ella Baché College student and progressing through various roles within the company, including being a therapist, counter manager, NSW Field Trainer, and currently serving as the David Jones NSW/National Sales Manager, inspiring others with her dedication, passion, and commitment to skincare expertise while enjoying the opportunity for career progression within the Ella Baché network.

Hannah Clark

Hannah, a passionate and determined 19-year-old, embarked on her journey in Beauty Therapy at Ella Baché College after graduating from high school, overcoming the challenges of studying during the pandemic and finding solace in her studies, and with a clear goal of pursuing a career in the beauty industry and aspiring to become a dermatologist, she is driven to excel and grow higher in her chosen field.

Cassidy, a former professional dancer, has successfully transitioned into the world of Beauty Therapy at Ella Baché College, where she has honed her skills and knowledge by working alongside industry leaders, demonstrating her commitment to personal growth and stability.

Rahnii Allery

Despite the challenges of studying during lockdown and being a young student from rural QLD, this ambitious 18-year-old has demonstrated remarkable discipline and creativity, setting up a treatment room at home, completing practical assessments in Brisbane, and gaining extensive knowledge and experience through the flexible Edflex program at Ella Bache College, all with the goal of owning and operating an Ella Bache salon and pursuing further studies in dermal or nursing.

Danielle's remarkable achievement lies in successfully opening her own home-based skin studio, The Glow Know, after completing her beauty therapy course at Ella Baché College, where she continues to pursue her passion while building her business and expanding her treatment menu.

Leanna Windsor

Within two years of graduating from the Ella Baché College, 23-year-old Leanna became the owner of an Ella Baché Salon in Chatswood and won the Ella Baché Business Development Award.
